Yes, we typically require a deposit to secure your spot on our schedule and order materials. The deposit amount varies by project size but is always outlined clearly in your contract. We then bill on a milestone basis as the project progresses.

We accept e-transfer, cheque, and bank draft. Specific payment terms and schedules are outlined in your project contract. We work with you to set up a payment schedule that aligns with project milestones.
